Where is Mountain Brewed Coffee sourced from?

Our beans are ethically sourced from high-altitude estates, specifically focusing on regions in and around Wayanad, known for producing some of the finest Robusta in India.

What is the difference between Arabica and Robusta?

Arabica beans are known for their smooth, complex flavors with higher acidity and floral notes. Robusta is bolder and stronger, with a higher caffeine content and a thicker "crema," making it perfect for those who prefer a powerful kick.

Do you offer 100% pure coffee?

Yes, we specialize in pure coffee. Unless specified as a "Chicory Blend" our coffees are 100% pure with no added preservatives or artificial flavors.

How is your freeze-dried coffee different from regular instant coffee?

Unlike standard spray-dried coffee which uses heat, our freeze-drying process locks in the aroma and flavor at sub-zero temperatures. This results in larger granules that taste much closer to a fresh brew.

Is your coffee Organic or Fair Trade?

We prioritize estates that follow sustainable farming practices and ensure fair wages for farmers. Many of our partner estates in the Western Ghats utilize shade-grown and bird-friendly cultivation methods.

Which grind size should I choose?

Whole Beans: Best if you have your own grinder.

Coarse: Ideal for French Press and Cold Brew.

Medium: Perfect for Drip Coffee and Pour-over.

Fine: Best for Moka Pot or Espresso.

Can I brew your coffee without a machine?

Absolutely! For our medium ground coffee, a simple Channi (strainer) is sufficient to brew a good cup.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

Coffee’s biggest enemies are air, moisture, and light. Keep your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. We do not recommend storing coffee in the fridge as it can absorb odors and moisture.

What is the shelf life of your coffee?

Our roasted coffee is best enjoyed within 8–12 months of the roast date. Our instant coffee typically has a shelf life of 18–24 months if kept sealed.

Do you provide brewing recipes?

Yes! Our social media handles at times provide step-by-step instructions on making the perfect cup using various methods.

Can I customize my coffee blend?

We offer curated blends designed for balance, but for bulk or corporate orders, we can discuss custom roast profiles or blends tailored to your needs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to follow your coffee’s journey from our roastery to your doorstep.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

We are not yet started with subscriptions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help you modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team at +91-98479 33966 via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?

Yes, we cater to cafes, offices, and retail partners. For bulk inquiries, please reach out through our "Wholesale" page or email us directly.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for metros and 5–7 days for other regions across India.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

Since coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement.

What should I do if my payment failed but money was deducted?

Don't worry! This is usually a banking delay. The amount is typically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. If you don't see a reflection, contact us with your transaction ID.
